Rules for Registering a New Club Member

Coral Club is a community of people united by shared values and a desire to improve their quality of life. A healthy and balanced lifestyle is the foundation of our philosophy: here you will meet those who share your principles of self-care, harmony, and personal growth.

You can join the Club by recommendation — that is, by invitation from another Club Member (mentor or consultant). The recommender helps you choose products and introduces you to the opportunities that Coral Club offers to Consumers and Consultants. If one of your close family members (spouse, parents, children, brothers, or sisters) is already a member of the Club, you must indicate one of them as your Recommender during registration.

If you register independently without a Recommender, use the automatic consultant selection system. Depending on your location, the system will assign a consultant who will help you navigate the product range and answer your questions.

Why join the Club? Club Members receive a 20% discount on all Coral Club products, access to special offers and promotions, the opportunity to earn cashback, and to participate in educational and informational events on balanced living. By registering, you join a discount program (similar to a retail loyalty program) and do not become an employee, representative, or legal partner of Coral Club.

Key Provisions of Coral Club

Upon registration, you receive a unique identification number and the status of Candidate for Club Membership. For 90 days, you can enjoy the Club discount (−20% off the retail price) for purchases on coral.club or at our sales offices. If no purchase is made within 90 days, your number will be deactivated.

To maintain the discount indefinitely, you must place an initial order (a one-time purchase equivalent to 12 or more points), after which you receive the status of Consumer. Each Coral Club product has a value expressed in points; for example, a monthly pack of Coral-Mine (a natural coral-based mineral composition for drinking water) equals 15 points.

A Consumer is a Club Member with a unique identification number who can purchase products at Club prices and receive bonuses or cashback under the loyalty program for personal purchases or for recommending new members. Each Consumer has a personal referral link that can be shared with friends to provide them with a 20% discount.

The level of benefits may vary depending on individual activity and compliance with program rules. Ethical note: any economic or financial benefits are not guaranteed and depend solely on the individual’s effort; they do not constitute an income promise.

Membership Conditions at Coral Club

1. Registration via referral link or Recommender/Consultant ID

  • 1.1. You confirm your intention to join the structure of the Recommender/Consultant who invited you, or the consultant assigned by the automatic selection system.
  • 1.2. You agree to receive information about products and special offers only with your prior consent, in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003). Consent can be withdrawn at any time (Art. 7 GDPR).

2. Conditions for changing the Recommender

  • 2.1. A change is possible only after deactivation of your Club number and provided that none of your close relatives (or spouse) make Coral Club purchases for 12 consecutive months (internal organizational rule).
  • 2.2. After deactivation, you may re-register with a new Recommender.

3. Rules for Sharing Information and Promoting Products

  • 3.1. Candidates, Consumers, and Premium Consumers are not allowed to create websites for promoting or selling Coral Club products. Personal or professional social media pages and messenger tools (chats, channels, groups) may be used, provided communication rules and applicable laws are respected.
  • 3.2. It is prohibited to list or resell products on marketplaces, online stores, or classified sites without prior authorization from the Company.
  • 3.3. It is forbidden to distribute misleading information or attribute medical or therapeutic properties to products. Coral Club products are food supplements, not medicines, in compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims and Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 on food safety.

In the event of rule violations, Coral Club reserves the right to block the Club number, resulting in the loss of the right to place orders and purchase at Club prices.

Summary on Personal Data Protection

During registration, your data (e.g., name, contact details, country, Recommender information) are processed solely for the purpose of executing the membership agreement under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For newsletters or promotional communication, data processing occurs only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 130 Legislative Decree 196/2003). Transparency for Future Purchases

Coral Club operates in accordance with the principles of transparency, fairness, and respect for consumer rights as provided by Italian and EU law.
