Changing the Way We Approach Well-Being

Lifestyle, nutrition, physical activity, stress, and the body’s biological balance — advances in science have shown that none of these areas can be considered in isolation. They are all part of an interconnected system of well-being. And for this system to function properly, it requires a conscious and sustainable approach.

The Accademia della Salute Forum is the first event to bring together experts from different fields with a shared goal: to explore the topic of well-being from a range of perspectives.

The forum will feature experts from various fields, including:

• Academy President Luca Speciani;

• doctor and scientific director Enza Pitingolo;

• doctor and mental coach Valentin Puzalkov, specializing in stress management and psychological well-being;

In addition, the forum will offer activities designed to promote mindfulness, dialogue, and a practical rethinking of everyday habits. Throughout the day, participants will also be able to take part in interactive activities and an interdisciplinary roundtable, providing an opportunity to engage directly with the speakers.

Ticket price for children aged 6 to 18 — 50% of the participation fee

Participation of children under 6 is not recommended, as the event program is extensive and takes place throughout the day. The format may be tiring for young children, make it more difficult for parents to fully engage with the program, and the presence of children in the hall may affect the comfort of other participants.

If parents decide to bring a child, children under 6 can be registered free of charge (EUR 0). No separate seat or participant package will be provided.

Parents and/or legal guardians are fully responsible for the child’s behavior and for any potential damage caused to third parties or property.

The Company reserves the right to ask parents to take their child out of the hall if the child’s presence interferes with the program or affects other guests’ participation.

— A Distributor holding the rank of Closed Emerald Director or higher may use their own bonus account to pay for their own application and up to 6 additional applications, provided they register by 02.10.2026.

— A Distributor holding the rank of Master or higher may use their own bonus account to pay for any number of applications, provided they register by 02.10.2026.
