7.1. Defining a Personal Success Story
A personal story is a reflection of one’s professional and personal journey, highlighting key stages of growth and experience. It helps to illustrate which decisions, values, and actions contributed to professional and personal development. Such a story can serve as an inspiring example for others — without making any promises of specific results or income.
7.1.1. Purpose
When creating your personal story, remember that its main goals are to:
share your journey toward achieving personal and professional goals;
communicate your practical approaches, tools, and working methods;
inspire others to pursue their own development and accomplishments;
express gratitude and acknowledge the contribution of mentors who supported your progress;
demonstrate that following the company’s philosophy and values can support professional growth, skills development, and personal effectiveness;
share your future plans and express confidence in your continued progress;
encourage the audience to focus on self-improvement and purposeful success.
7.1.2. Structure of a Personal Story
Share a few short episodes from your background — where you were born, your family, your main profession, and social background. This helps establish connection points with the audience and shows that you are relatable. The more similarities you share with the audience, the stronger the emotional connection and the higher the level of trust. Your background shaped your personality and professional qualities — the ones that now help you succeed and that you are proud of. Briefly describe what you did before joining Coral Club. The beginning of cooperation with Coral Club — like any professional decision — should be presented as a conscious and meaningful step. It is helpful for newcomers to hear how others with prior business or career experience made the choice to join and expand their activities through cooperation with Coral Club.
This part should take no more than 15% of your presentation. Remember that your story should primarily present your future vision — focus on what lies ahead.
Share your experience that led you to begin collaborating with Coral Club, what motivated you, and what opportunities for professional and personal development you saw in this cooperation. Focus on the new knowledge, skills, and teamwork experience you have gained.
Outline your personal growth and development with Coral Club — the qualities that helped you succeed, challenges you overcame, and the methods and tools you recommend for effective work.
Express appreciation to the company and your mentors for their support and training. Emphasize that consistency, persistence, and professional development help in achieving one’s goals.
Share your goals and future plans, expressing confidence in continued self-development. Let your words inspire conscious growth — without promising specific outcomes or guaranteed success.
Dedicate at least 40% of your presentation to future plans, describing your goals, projects, and development prospects within your cooperation with Coral Club.
7.1.3. Where a Personal Story Is Appropriate
At company events — depending on the program, your story may last from 5 to 15 minutes;
At training sessions — the story should be shortened to about 2–3 minutes;
Avoid situations where a business proposal is mentioned, but the actual story of your experience is missing;
When meeting new people, focus on your own experience and key messages, rather than listing the names of sponsors or mentors who may be unknown to your audience;
Avoid excessive biographical detail — mention only aspects that help create common ground with your listeners (for example, shared experiences, values, or the event itself);
Keep within the time limits — avoid exceeding the allotted time. Time is a valuable resource;
Do not use phrases such as “I will learn together with you,” as this may cause the audience to question your level of expertise or preparedness.
7.2. List of Prohibited Topics at Company Events
To avoid any possible misinterpretation of information by the audience, all speakers at company events are prohibited from:
referring in their presentations to materials from commercial training programs that promote specific organizers or methods for advertising purposes;
using training techniques that have psychological or manipulative effects or suppress individual autonomy;
using materials from other MLM companies or mentioning their names, products, or representatives during presentations;
addressing religious, political, or metaphysical topics;
discussing esoteric topics without reference to original verified sources;
expressing gratitude to one individual representative of company management, since the company’s leadership functions as a unified team. Mentioning a specific representative is allowed only when sharing a personal story from the past where that person was directly involved;
mentioning the names of family members of company executives or employees;
making false or unverified statements about the effects of company products, including:
giving advice or recommendations that could be interpreted as a replacement for professional medical assistance or therapy involving food supplements;
referring to individual cases of improved well-being or health conditions unless such information has been officially verified and published by the company. Personal testimonials must not imply therapeutic or preventive properties of products.
providing recommendations for product use by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
When preparing presentations, it is essential to comply with all applicable advertising laws, including Directive 2005/29/EC on Unfair Commercial Practices, Directive 2006/114/EC on Misleading and Comparative Advertising, Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on Nutrition and Health Claims Made on Foods, as well as national legislation of EU Member States governing the dissemination of information on dietary supplements and food products, including those intended for children.
Advertising for dietary supplements and food products must not:
Create the impression that they are medicinal products and/or have therapeutic properties.
Include references to specific cases of recovery or improvement of health conditions resulting from the use of food supplements.
Encourage refusal of balanced nutrition, necessary treatment, or consultation with qualified medical professionals.
Imply product advantages by referring to the mere fact that state registration or mandatory research has been conducted.
Use scientific study results in a way that presents them as direct recommendations for the use of food supplements.
If a speaker intends to mention examples of practical product use, the text must be submitted in advance to the event organizers for review to ensure that all formulations are accurate and compliant with current legislation and company policies.
7.3. Rules for Preparing Presentations at Company Events
The preliminary list of speakers and topics is approved by company management 1.5 months prior to the event;
The immediate leader, sponsor, or mentor of the speaker is responsible for assisting in the preparation of the presentation;
A distributor may propose themselves as a speaker no later than two months before the event;
Each candidate must submit a written proposal clearly stating the topic(s) and providing a summary or thesis outline of the planned presentation;
After preliminary approval, each speaker must prepare the presentation structure (key points, order, and content) and a detailed draft, including information on any visual or video materials. These must be submitted no later than one month before the event. The company reserves the right to withdraw a presentation slot if materials are not submitted on time;
Topics, theses, and texts must be approved by company management through the assigned event manager. Technical aspects such as structure, photo/video cue points, lighting, and special effects must also be coordinated with the responsible manager. If the presentation includes artistic performance, the stage direction and artistic concept must be agreed upon in advance (a director may be involved if necessary);
If additional participants are involved in the presentation or if the presentation takes the form of an interview, the main speaker remains responsible for all statements and topics covered by other participants;
To maintain order and the event schedule, audience members are asked not to bring flowers or gifts onto the stage after a presentation. Gifts may be presented offstage;
All speakers, presenters, and award recipients must comply with the event dress code, which is specified in the event protocol and communicated in advance. It is recommended to confirm the planned appearance with the responsible manager by sending a photo for approval at least seven (7) days before the event.
