Autoshipment — the rules for automatic deduction of points from the transfer account into a Club Member’s PV.

Assistant — a Club Member who has transitioned to distributor status but has not met or is not maintaining any distributor rank requirements.

Product Points (points) — each product in the price list has a designated point value used in the calculation of bonus discounts.

Infinity Bonus — an additional reward issued in accordance with the terms of the Compensation Plan. The specific amount and conditions of payment are determined by the current version of the Compensation Plan.

Referral Bonus — a reward for a consumer, premium consumer, or Assistant, provided under the company’s Compensation Plan, for purchases made by members of their first line (consumers, premium consumers, and Assistants).

Generation Bonus — a percentage of the group volume of Directors in lower generations, calculated in accordance with the Compensation Plan. The number of generations from which this bonus is paid depends on the distributor’s rank and may range from 1 to 6.

Bonus Discount — a type of reward calculated according to the company’s Compensation Plan.

Group Volume (GV) — the sum of your personal volume (PV) and the personal volume (PV) of the members of your structure, expressed in points and reduced by the GV of Directors in your structure.

Achievable Director Generations — the number of Director generations from which the Generation Bonus is paid. The number of achievable Director generations depends on rank and is defined by the Compensation Plan:


Closed Reporting Month — a reporting month in which the bonus discount has been calculated.

Club Member Candidate — a person who has received a club number (CCI ID) and is entitled to purchase products at club prices. To confirm membership, the first order must be placed and paid within 90 days from registration. Failure to meet this requirement results in cancellation of the club number.

Club Card — a personal card with a unique number (CCI ID) granting the right to purchase Coral Club products at a special club price, without any expiration date. An informational kit about the company and its products may be included.

Club Price — the product price for Club Members, as specified in the price list.

Club Number (CCI ID) — a unique and individual number assigned to each Club Member upon registration with Coral Club.

Personal Volume (PV) — personal purchases and transfers during the month, expressed in points.

Compensation Plan (CP) — the company document describing the rank system, the conditions for achieving ranks, and the procedure for calculating bonuses and rewards as part of the distributor incentive program.

Distributor — a type of Club Member applicable from the moment the application to transition to distributor status is submitted via the personal account on the company’s website.

Coral Club Sales Office — a place where Club Members can purchase products, as well as a venue for training events and workshops on product use. These offices promote balanced and responsible lifestyle concepts, as well as the development of business skills within the company’s activities.

First Line — all individuals who registered under a Club Member and listed that member as their referrer.

Consumer — a Club Member holding a Coral Club Club Card and receiving discounts on Coral Club products. Before placing the qualifying order (a starter order within 90 days of submitting the Consumer Registration Form), the individual is considered a Club Member Candidate.

Premium Consumer — after accumulating 500 points from all personal purchases and purchases made through their recommendations (without time limits), the Club Card receives Premium status. A Premium Consumer may access additional benefits under the company’s loyalty program, subject to established conditions.

Regular Order — a Club Member order that earns points used in bonus calculations.

Club Member Rank — a qualification level defined in accordance with the Compensation Plan. To officially confirm a rank (receive a badge or certificate), the following conditions must be met:


Until these conditions are fulfilled, the rank is considered open; after fulfillment — closed.

Current Rank — the Club Member’s rank in the reporting month, according to the Compensation Plan.

Referrer — any Coral Club Member who invited a new person into their structure. When registering a new Club Member, the referrer’s link or club number must be indicated.

Referral Link — an individual link of a Club Member that can be used to purchase products or register a new Club Member.

Network Volume of Generations (BQV) — the sum of your Group Volume (GV) and the Group Volume (GV) of Directors in your structure within achievable Director generations.

Auto-Selection System — a service that automatically assigns a consultant from Coral Club (a distributor ranked Emerald Director or above) to individuals who register on the website as Club Members without a referrer.

Starter Order — a one-time order that a Club Member Candidate must place and pay to activate the club number. The minimum starter order is 12 points and may be updated in accordance with the Company Rules.

Structure — the hierarchical network of individuals enrolled under a Club Member.

Transfer — the transfer of points from the transfer account to a Club Member’s PV.

Transfer Order (TO) — a Club Member order made to credit points to the transfer account. TOs for products participating in the monthly promotion do not include additional promotional products.

Transfer Account (TA) — a reserve account from which points may be allocated (transferred): either by the account holder to their own PV or to the PV of any Club Member at their discretion; or by the company to the account holder’s PV through autoshipment.

Club Member (CM) — identified by a club number (CCI ID), entitled to purchase products at club prices, and participates in rank and bonus discount calculations. A Club Member may be classified as either a Consumer or a Distributor.

Extra Bonus — an additional reward provided under the Compensation Plan for achieving certain group volumes. To receive this bonus, specific qualification requirements must be met. The conditions for accrual are determined by the current version of the Compensation Plan.
